Reduce Blue Light Exposure

Avoid Late Caffeine Consumption
It’s completely fine to drink coffee and other caffeinated beverages during the day. In fact, I would recommend it because caffeine increases alertness and reduces fatigue when it’s used during the day. Unfortunately, when it’s used in the evenings, it can really prevent you from either falling asleep or getting a restful night of sleep. That’s why you should avoid caffeine in all its forms at least 6-hours before you plan on going to bed.

In fact, study after study has proven that drinking before bedtime may actually make it harder to achieve good quality sleep. Therefore, avoid drinking before you hit the sheets.
Avoid Late Night Meals
